Read Any Reel Label, Any Barcode, Any Orientation
AccuID™ is a fully programmable benchtop SMT component reel barcode reader that captures every barcode across the full reel in a single frame, regardless of orientation. There is no need to align labels or scan one barcode at a time. Place the reel in the reader and all barcodes are captured simultaneously.
Based on user-defined prefix rules for each barcode, or a custom script to parse 2D barcode content, the system automatically sorts the scanned data into structured entities: Part Number, Date Code, Lot Code, and Quantity. Users can define these rules to match any supplier label format.
For applications that don't require full integration, AccuID™ outputs parsed entities as a sequence of keystrokes directly into any existing application, with no integration work needed. For more demanding workflows, a full user interface is available to write to custom databases or to interface directly with MES and ERP systems.
AccuID™ is also an ideal tool for creating unique license plate labels for placement equipment component verification systems, and for verifying incoming labels to prevent wrong labels from being applied to reels.
