Dr. Storage™ — MSD Dry Box

The F1 series is the flagship dry cabinet line, maintaining humidity at 1% RH for long-term storage of moisture-sensitive SMT components. Available in four sizes from bench-top to full-height double-width. Data logging software is included; optional network connectivity and SMS alerts are available.

The D1 series achieves humidity below 1% RH, the lowest available in a standard cabinet, for the most sensitive MSL 1 components and specialty semiconductors where even trace moisture cannot be tolerated. Available in the large 1200-6 double-width footprint. Requires 230VAC.

The QDN series uses nitrogen purging to achieve 1% RH, making it suitable for semiconductor storage and other materials requiring an inert atmosphere. Available in both anti-static painted steel and stainless steel finishes. Optional data logging and network connectivity.

The X2M series provides ≤5% RH humidity control in a compact, narrower footprint compared to the standard series. All models include four wheels for easy repositioning on the production floor. Available from stock.

The XC series delivers ≤5% RH in the standard F1-family footprint, spanning from bench-top to full-height double-width models. A cost-effective option for high-volume MSD storage where the full 1% RH specification is not required.

The XCM series mirrors the narrow, wheeled X2M footprint while delivering ≤5% RH. All three models come with levellers and four wheels as standard, so they are easy to reposition. A practical line-side storage solution.

The X2B series uses the same footprint and humidity performance as the XC series but replaces shelves with bin-style drawer storage, making it well-suited for bulk component storage and kitting operations where components need to be organized by bin rather than shelf.

The T40W series maintains a controlled environment at 40°C and ≤5% RH for accelerated drying of moisture-exposed components per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033. Data logging software is included on all models, with optional network connectivity and SMS alerts.

The T60W series provides full bake-out capability with adjustable temperature from 30°C to 60°C and humidity below 1% RH. It meets the most demanding IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 bake requirements without an external oven. Data software is included as standard. Requires 230VAC.

The A1M and A20M series provide controlled humidity storage in the 5–50% RH range (A1M) or 20–50% RH range (A20M), suited for non-SMT applications including magnetic tape, photographic materials, laboratory samples, medical devices, seeds, and museum artifacts. Data software included; optional network and SMS alerting.
