The Smart Dry Box integrates a Dr. Storage™ dry cabinet with an AccuCart™ smart rack mounted inside. A single unit combines humidity-controlled MSD storage with real-time slot-level inventory tracking.
Every slot inside the cabinet is equipped with an AccuCart™ opto-mechanical sensor. When a reel is placed into or removed from the cabinet, the system records the transaction instantly and updates inventory in real time. Combined with the cabinet's humidity control, the system also manages each component's floor life automatically. It tracks how long each reel has been outside of a dry environment and alerts when bake is required.
