AccuCart™ Pick-to-Light Reel Storage Rack
Opto-Mechanical based sensor technology
AccuCart™ reel storage rack utilizes opto-mechanical based sensor for error free reel detection in slot. The opto-mechanical sensor installed in each slot is triggered by reels placed in the slot. The mechanical engagement of the sensor and reel is reliable under vibration often encountered when the rack is being moved between stock room and production lines.
Easy Accommodation for Reels With Different Tape Width
AccuCart™ can handle reel with tape width from 8mm all the way up to 72mm. AccuCart™ uses removable dividers to create slots on the rack. Each slot can accommodate reels up to 12mm tape width. Dividers can be removed to widen the slot to accommodate reels with different tape width. For example, removing one divider to combine 2 slots into 1 will accommodate reels with tape width up to 32mm. User also does not need to re-configure the software because the software will automatically recognize the slot size
Flexible Software Interface
Web-based software allows user to access AccuCart™ Pick-to-Light reel storage system anywhere.
The software plug in concept allows users to write custom software to interface with the system software seamlessly. Customers will have the peace of mind that the plug in software is completely under their control.
AccuCart™ Pick-to-Light SMT Feeder Storage Rack
The AccuCart™ feeder storage rack is designed to allow quick access to reels that are stored on the feeder. Often, reels are not removed from the feeder after production in anticipation of the next production run. Using the AccuCart™ Pick-to-Light feeder storage rack will allow quick searching of parts on feeders and maintain inventory accuracy.
Reading Feeder ID to eliminate reel scanning
The AccuCart™ Pick-to-Light system for feeder read the feeder ID electronically when the feeder is inserted into the storage rack. Using the feeder ID, the AccuCart™ will cross reference the placement machine database to determine the part number currently loaded on the feeder. Using this data lookup, users do not need to scan the reel for part number information before inserting the Feeder onto the feeder rack. Currently AccuCart™ supports Fuji feeders. Common Software UI as Reel Storage Rack
The AccuCart™ Pick-to-Light system for feeder uses the same software user interface for part number request as the AccuCart™ for Reels and inventory query. Additional software will allow interface with placement equipment to automate part replenishment during production.
AccuCart™ Pick-to-Light SMT Stencil Storage Rack
The AccuCart™ Stencil storage rack enables management of stencils in SMT production. Stencil is scanned and then insert into the stencil storage rack. Optical sensor in slot will detect stencil insert and store stencil information into database. A spring loaded ejector assist user in removing the stencil from the stencil rack.
