AccuEye Features
AccuEye has many features designed specifically for the through hole printed circuit board assembly.
The AccuEye is designed to accommodate top and bottom cameras installation. Users can inspect top side and bottom side of the assembly simultaneously.
Unlike surface mount components which need to be placed precisely onto the printed circuit board, the location of the through hole can vary greatly because of the flexible lead. The AccuEyeâ„¢ is designed to search for the component in a wide search area and then compare with the know good sample.
The wide Field of View can accommodate component up to approximately 150mm sq.
The conveyor inlet and outlet are opened up to 90mm above the conveyor to accommodate tall through hole components. The 700mm camera focal distant allow camera focal depth of up to 100mm.
Custom conveyor inlet height can be modified up to 130mm to accommodate even taller components than the standard inlet height would allow if needed.
Available chain conveyor to handle up to 10Kg payload such as pallet carrier for wave soldering. Light duty anti-static belt driver board edge conveyor is standard to accommodate small board. Conveyor Max width up to 510mm for the Large Board machine (L-1000).
AccuEye can optionally store all or some of the images to either local or network storage. An optional barcode scanner can be installed traceability purpose so that user can associate the board serial number with images in storage.
The only moving part in the AccuEye system is the conveyor. Lighting is provided by LED light on four sides at high incident angle to prevent reflection. Bottom lighting is provided by fixed mounted LED light boxes. All the control functions are custom designed into a single controller board for ease of maintenance.
Utilize Massive Parallel Algorithm for image comparison. Typical throughput per image is about 2-3 seconds.
Inturitive software with touch screen monitor to ease programming. Inspection programs can be set up offline to reduce line down time.
